Chamarel

Located in the southeast of the country, Chamarel is one of the most visited natural wonders in Mauritius. It is home to the Land of the Seven Colors, a landscape of colourful dunes that showcase different shades of red, brown, yellow, violet, purple, blue and green and whose beauty has become one of the country's symbols. In this area, you can also visit a giant turtle refuge and the glistening waterfall of Chamarel, which has a drop of over 100 meters high.
